Values

Collaboration and Interdisciplinarity

We value the power of collaboration across disciplines, recognizing that the most
complex problems require a coordinated, cross-disciplinary approach. We actively seek
to bring together a wide range of stakeholders, including researchers, practitioners,
funders, policymakers, and tool developers from multiple disciplines, backgrounds, and
regions.

Evidence-Based Practice

We are committed to cultivating and sharing a robust, accessible evidence base for
team science. We  place a high value on empirical research and data-driven decision-
making, ensuring that the tools,  strategies, and practices developed are grounded in
proven findings.

Innovation and Empowerment

We are dedicated to inspiring and empowering researchers, leaders, and practitioners
to innovate within the realm of team science. We want to provide rich opportunities to
learn, grow, and apply new knowledge  to advance team-based research and
collaborative efforts.

Global Impact

We have a global vision, aiming to support and influence team science worldwide.

Accessibility and Knowledge Sharing

We value the free and widespread dissemination of knowledge. We make our work
accessible to all members of our community to ensure that the tools and resources
needed for effective collaboration are available and easily accessible to those who need
them most.
